• Provide us with the dates you would like to be blocked
• We will reserve a block of rooms at a discount rate and provide you with a toll-free number for your guests to call and make their reservation
• 30 days prior to the wedding date, we will release rooms that have not been reserved
• Upon your request, we will provide you with a list of who has booked a room
